OSIRIS Theatre’s New Autumn Premiere: “Baby Ocean” – A Dance Performance for Babies and Their Families
The new autumn premiere by OSIRIS Theatre is Baby Ocean, a dance performance designed for babies and their families. The first performances will take place at Annantalo on September 10–13, 2025. Later in the autumn, the show will also be featured in the programme of Dance Theatre Hurjaruuth. The piece is designed as a touring performance.
BABYOCEAN – VAUVAVALTAMERI (2025)
Baby Ocean is a dance piece and sensory experience for babies and their companions. It is a gentle journey to the origins of life – the primordial sea – where early Eocene organisms float, drift, and change form. In Baby Ocean, one can wonder, engage, participate, or simply relax and follow the current of the performance.
The piece is non-verbal and is based on dance, music, visual elements, and interaction.
